It happens often, not often enough. When I was trading as early as 1989 it took less than 60 seconds to pull the report and send to compliance. Compliance could sent the report back then by fax in another 60 seconds.

I could tell compliance everyone whom ever traded a stock in less than a minute within our firm.

The report provides account numbers, phone numbers, TID/SS numbers and everything we were required to report to the FRB.

Promoters and Companies don't get this. The FRB requires us to maintain this information.

It is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo easy.
