Ouch Dragon this case does ring exactly to what KB has been putting out that he is part of a syndication (requires 13D IMO because the definitio of that word and the definition in the 13D rules are very similiar plus he has a Financial Advisor) for financing and support (PR which reference)...

Hmmm ... this whole revelation from KB looks really interesting ... Very interesting ... I remember you taking on KB back when he first appeared. May have to get more information and research on his posts and what not.
