OT .. hi there, simple, it seems this is the board
to get to know you people better. Well done
in the real estate deals, all.

Simple, wick, doesn't know it yet, but, he indirectly
sent me over here when he suggested to kol that he
could get some insight into the significance of the "beta"
rating of a stock. I haven't a clue and just not got around
to going after it.

Would appreciate it if somebody could help me out, here?
