This will definitely be the last bankruptcy stock I invest in either way. It will also be the last retail stock I invest in if the courts do not keep the commons intact.
The Mall Groups should consider that will be the case for most investors in retail. If they get too greedy on this it will cost them much more than what this is worth to just keep the commons.
