Seems like they have been quite thorough in the 10-q so I wouldn't expect them to deceive on the next report .

That being said, this ticket is a prime candidate for a stock promotion if that is what the CEO wants to do at this point . There seems to be so many people at this point that WANT to believe the company is going to sky rocket on any news that the CEO could be tempted to to unload his toxic notes acquired for .00005 and earn a 1000% gain . Easy way for him to cash in and make money that he could pour back into the business so he doesn't have to go the toxic route again. He may have saved his company but sacrificed his shareholders in the meantime as the O/S count is very large.

He may even be tempted to repeat the toxic note process as a way to loan money since its paying of now for him.
