Looks like we agree to disagree........how does CSHD qualify under T1 when it is not a derivative of a security being traded under NASDAQ, etc?

T3 refers to news already out (10K) and allowance of time for investors to consider the news before trading resumes.

Don't Drink It, just Sip It....then move on to the next play
