Just mentioning that the OS is 16 mil does not mask the fact that the OS increased from 11 mil to 16 mil in the blink of an eye and that the OS is increasing relentlessly with a cap at 100 mil.

The fact that the OS is “small” is not the issue. The issue is that the OS is increasing at an alarming rate. The float has already multiplied by 10 and is still multiplying.

There is no denying the fact that there is dilution and that dilution kills.
