What do you mean? Brokers confirmed ticker change is imminent. OTC profile reflects the changes. Q1 Financial results show new owner has invested money into the company and is using the new logo. There's Chinese .gov sources for the battery patents, video footage of the new vehicles coming, and more. My initial thoughts were that DOLV was merging with a fake company that resembled Jinbo but they are using Jinbo's logo on the Q1 releases and make many other references that appear to be legitimate. The 8K filing also shows they have a new accountant that is working on the financials, and if the company has over $1B in assets, it's likely better that the financials take their time coming so that everything is accounted for. IMO there's too much proof that this is the real deal to be calling it a fake now.

Your post implies that the stock is being purely manipulated by iHub users and I don't think iHub users have that much influence on the stock.
