rags, it should be obvious that this company does not have the value that they claim in the tailings. If they did, the company would be hugely profitable right now and would not be in all this legal trouble.

An "audit" would prove nothing. Accountants do not know how to value ore. What the company needed to do a long time ago was hire a reputable and independent assay firm. They could not do that, of course, because their property would have been proven to be worthless.

I am just pointing out the obvious here. You are welcome to do what you want with your money.
