There seems to be a bit of confusion on the OS these days. What do you all think the OS is? I know what it is and just wonder where the idea of the info posted on OTC Markets as being the current SS status comes from... I posted the SS months ago (one can search that) from my conversations with the TA. The TA is ungagged and it is not a matter of Kate updating them... they know and are current on their numbers. One thing that is certain is the restricted are not coming off and there is no heavy dilution as purported by some. That is just not the case. Right now we are dealing with retail selling only.
All it takes is Kate and company filing to become current and putting out PRs to show the company's plan moving forward. They have the resources in place... she just needs to execute them. I believe she will.
