I've been having trouble filling buy orders at 18 and 19, what makes you think I'm going to take myself out of line by asking for shares only at 16?
That said, if it does dip to 16, you can correctly assume I'm buying more. I just don't see enough selling at these levels... Sellers are dried up and the stock is ready to launch.
