IMO PPS is low for a reason right now & lot of dilution has been going on past several weeks but past 2 days has been accumulation buys by smart investors. Everyone buys & holds without selling, it goes up. Regarding the large EOD buys, I don't think MMEG is buying back, but could be institutional buying or even company insiders accumulating for themselves knowing it will be going up. $MMEG
