I got a partial fill at 18 earlier today, but not enough people are willing to sell, so I updated my order in the last hour to finish filling at 19... Never got filled. So I'll try again on Monday. ;)

You know you've hit a bottom when nobody is willing to sell and everyone wants in. BLDV is ticking higher next week...
