Alright I still don't get this one thing.

FDA playin big brother over Cortex Pharma, a monkey dies and they stop all research.
How much does this cost for Cortex Pharma???
The product is fine, they don't need months figuring that out.
Why do they go through all this trouble, when beating up companies in the mean while?
Isn't it just because they are afraid of these new drugs?
I mean, I also hear things about 'abuse' of the drugs by students and so on.
I don't understand this 'abuse' thing, it's there, so why not use it?
Why would they keep people from becoming smart?
