It belonged to his parents. When they died it was transferred to THE TAZ TRUST --Boris Vakser/ trustee. Note the co-mingling of TAZ with his revoked ARTFEST.

IMO his siblings (Vladimir, Boris and Angie) are probably sick of Eddie squatting there, stiffing them on rent, etc. My guess is they decided to sell, split the proceeds and be done with him. Eddie will probably use his part --provided he hasn't issued a bunch of IOUs to them-- and gamble the lot on a desperation pump.
