Since they are wanting to delist NDOL shares from the US exchange,will the company be buying the shares outstanding before they relist on another exchange under another name. How does all this work,will i get the buyout figure for my existing NDOL shares or will i get the new merged company shares on the new exchange? Will they be doing a public offering on the new exchange? Can somebody in touch with Perkin find out. From the SEC filing it seems that they no longer want to be listed on a US stock exchange,is this true?
