RS impacts existing holders not new holders after RS. If they do a 1-3 RS it means 30k becomes 10k shares. If price drop as the result, your investment value would be cut down big time. No body is going to hold through an RS. They will sell and then buy back in after RS to avoid getting their investment destroyed.

Nobody knows a BO is done deal, otherwise, they be trading on inside information. If RS happen and no deals you're looking at potentially losing all your money here when RS happen and the stock goes right down to 60 cents.
