Beats me. If they are confident about the company and what they are doing the SP does not matter. They are not planning a public IPO for now.
But you would expect some action to honor the the existing shareholders situation.
Or maybe they are planning for a PP that will dilute us to hell? That would make Solomon and his friends super rich in a jiffy!
