Ok so the master plan in action if I am correct is AMS acquires funding for build out then gets acquired by BLDV making it tradable on the market and also can use all the benefits of bldv for the buildout and probably produce operations funding through investors after build out and licensing until profitable. Not trying to be negative just trying to understand the actual plan and the feasibility of such plan.
