look, walgreens is going to turn the RAD stores instantly into their 5% net profit pricing model, getting $1.5B profit annually out of it. its laughable to say that RAD, on its own, won't raise its prices to squeeze out 3% net or $1B net. The fact is, they have been focused on top line revenue growth, which has gone up form $25B to $35B in the past 3 years! If the merger fails, they will raise prices and squeeze out 3% easy net profits on $35+B revenue. That is $1B profit, market cap $15B, or PPS $15.00 all on its own.
