Battulga is a corrupt, self-dealing scoundrel. Unfortunately, so is Enkhbold. Only thing is Battulga is a bit more artful about his graft, and more social media savvy.
I think Enkhbold will need to pull an inside straight to win the run-off. He will need to figure out a way to coax support from the MPRP (easiest way would be to buy Enkhbayar's support, who probably doesn't love the DP after they tossed him in jail), and to dampen Battulga's significant margin of victory in Ulaanbataar. The only problem is that Enkhbayar might not want to alienate the newfound supporters of his party (MPRP pulled 30% of the electorate in the election despite having only one seat in Parliament) who are clearly fed up with the incumbents.
Battulga is not a 80-20 favorite (like Enkhbold was a few days ago), but he's probably at least a 60-40 favorite, if I were to guess.
