I don't know the technical side as well as you - making Cannaxa a subsidiary will be detrimental or is it just the best way for them to move forward with FIRNA's hassles?
I am still holding long term and believe they have more plans in the works than we speculate. From what they've communicated, they have lights and grow units ready for full marketing campaign with bigger plans when California goes fully legal in 2018
