Very true and all of these monoclonals. If B modulates IL17 significantly then its a whole new ballgame. IL17 has been implicated in some heavy hitters: rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, Crohns, MS and yes...plaque psoriasis. A combo pill....B and P????? Wonder if the sublingual route has been looked at? Or a slow dissolving implantable formulation eg Implanon.
