I have asked for the actual financial statements! MANY TIMES.

Frank indicated he would release the financial statements after the symbol change and share structure was released.

I don't understand why you would expect him to release that information to just you, rather than to his investors, shareholders, and others who are interested in seeing it.

He has clearly stated when he will be releasing these important pieces of paperwork. Are you neglecting what he has been saying?
