Pengy, Thanks for the info. A couple more questions, if I may.

Why is Mercatus dragging their feet, as I perceive them to be? Why can't they either make the loan or not make the loan? Are they somehow jerking us around?

Also, concerning the default provision: What value would our common stock be if we default on the loan? I would think that the only way we would default on the loan is if, for some reason, the tech fails or never goes to market. Your thoughts?
