Gary,
Reading your post, you are about the most stubborn dude on the face of the planet! The financing was nothing like what you had offered. Why can't you just admit you were wrong, end of story? Y'know, the real measure of a man is to be able to admit that we don't have all the answers, even when we think we do.
With all due respect, you tout your ability to discern whether stocks are going up or down by adding up the buys and sells like this is some kind of brilliant, world-altering find. If you've ever worked on Wall Street (not talking about putting time in as IR), or taken an entry-level finance course, you would know that supply & demand is the first thing that is taught to explain price movement in any financial instrument.
Further, your "discovery" that the stock was being spread around the Street instead of being dumped into the market under 144 could have been tracked by a monkey. I suggest you tone your "revelations" and "chest thumping" down a little.
