I have a question that I need to clear up based upon what is being posted on RB.

Someone has said that it seems that Mercatus gets advance fees and never follows through with a closed deal. Is it true nvei gave mercatus 92000 shares in advance? And what did we get from Mercatus? What is holding up the loan?

Can anyone shed any light on this?
