Paradigm Oil and Gas Inc (PDGO)

well, the post did not state anything about the impending

liabilities for the wells in Texas and Louisiana..It is

understood that the new PDGO will face certain penalties and

other liabilities in those states for the inactive wells.

Rather it simply stated that most likely the entities which may

be combined in the new PDGO had leases in other states.

Not sure how the post can be labeled as "plain wrong"
