So over 6.2B ASKE outstanding, plus about 3B reserved for Zoyes & Sonny Boyd.

And an increase back to a 15B A/S -

Although a decrease was announced via PR and that announcement was heavily promoted, yet the decrease was NEVER filed with the SOS, nor was the subsequent increase back to 15B shares.

That's explains a lot - What a diluted mess.
