That said, I have a feeling that $311k assessment still applies to the entire property. Land isn't worth much in that area.

It will be interesting to see if the hotel sells and for how much, relative to the $4.5m listing.

EFLN's stated assets remain 100-1000 times above reality. That's fraud, since they repeat the claim over and over.
