I am chuckling too. I am not saying the office is fake...that's a UPS store in Florida. The address for the registered agent is fake. Kate listed the address for the house she sold 3 months ago. She obviously doesn't want GEGI to be served with any official papers.

Its actually really funny. I guess she knows no one is going to check the address for accuracy and that nothing will happen about the bad address until someone notifies NVSOS that the address for official service is bad.
