CEO is a lier and a crook, false filing on acquisition included.
bob cashman told me and other investors by phone some 6 times last year that there would be a pr coming out the week after....but only once there was one in june and it was about an acquisition being finalized that never happened...always saying there will be updates but never are...biggest crook on the OTC....toxic CEO, neverending new notes (again he said always no more convertible debt from the time on the OS was 70M) - otherwise nice man, though
