Not many CFO's of publically traded companies are held in contempt for refusing to comply with Court Orders. Actually, I would say Kate is one of the very few CFO's held in contempt for refusing to comply with a Court Order. I did some research and couldn't find any others. Perhaps you can enlighten me and inform me of some other executives of publically traded companies held in contempt for refusing to abide by a court order.
There is a big difference between having a lawsuit filed and being held in contempt. There is a big difference between being held in contempt and having a writ of bodily attachment entered.
