Ever heard of a shell? Do you understand the purpose behind using the shell? While reading I'm surprised you didn't notice the many spots where it says "for the year ended February 28, 2017".

All of the financials reflect the last year of OMVS as essentially, a shell. So yes, the SHELL had $3100 in cash. None of the financials reflect RAD, and won't until the acquisition completes. As a matter of a fact discussions didn't even start until April 20, 2017... per the PR you can find most anywhere.

Is all of this really that hard for people to understand? Jesus.
