Those days of calling management and legal battles are over for me. I'm tired but I will share wth you what I've learned all these many years.

Reverse splits are the devils work for common shareholders, make no mistake about it. That being said, I see no reason to rs at this point in the company's stage.

Can you please confirm # of outstanding shares and # of authorized/registered.
