LOL The chart implies SP will fall by more than 50% over the next year. If the NDX is more speculative, it should lose more than the SP. NDX 700 is on the way!!! If I can hold 200% short through the nuclear winter and summer of the bird flu (that's what I think it would take to push the NDX that low) I might get an ATH

shows data that doesn't exactly match with the chart and it also shows data going back to 1985. I'd like to see the comparison between the NAHB index and SP over that period. Of course they would have to change the scale, and since the NAHB index of 1/85 is the same as 4/06, the correlation might be be less than 80%.
