"Who actually has shareholder control"

A gentleman named Michael Alexander, sole beneficial shareholder of the FHAL shell. Seems someone pulled a fast one, changed the symbol ONLY and tried to give the impression that the merger had already happened.

The money and control is not with Harris. I'm not sure what Harris is, but from the merger filings and the terms of Alexander's contract, the money and control are with him exclusively. But strangely - he's a very quiet man.

I am also quite interested in these folks here. Seems 90% of them live in NE Texas, and about 20 of them have filed to sell their 144s in the past month. No explanation who they are or why Alexander gave them shares:

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
