Can you expand on those thoughts?

My feelings are ...

They have kept shareholders in the dark
- Dilution
- Finicials
- Evolve USA Shell (initially there was a little bit of PR but not much. Never maintained or promoted after the fact. According to some Evolve is defunct/inactive. Where was that announced by company?)
- "Speaking" to certain shareholders and not all of us

They are also a "mom and pop" shop (or Husband and Wife) imo.

Financials are not audited and SERIOUSLY suspect at this point. Review the last 3 and see what I mean. Exact same numbers for some categories.

Hardly any updates in years to thier social media outlets.

But wait, someone will say "that was done on purpose because of the lawsuit, settlement or on advisement from legal counsel".

Let's be real!
