Wrong anytime share dilute investor value thats dilution. The 300 million preferred was in deed dilution. But not sure how Bishop pulled that off since they are supposedly restricted for 12 months.

Exactly. The float did increase by 296 mil on 5/8. See Q1 report. But that was from preferred shares.
But that doesn't count as dilution because outstanding shares haven't changed.
