Sure anyone can make mistakes but USUALLY with a LEGAL document, a CEO and/or an attorney will re-read it before it is submitted for LEGAL purposes.

IF ONLY, McCusker (and Tracy) had made such a minor mistake as "since".

Not knowing what company he is using is more than a minor mistake... at least to me.
