No Serf...he may have the bonds...but at this point, it appears he has hijacked it. So i would say he does not have the bonds by permission anymore.

I get the feeling he may be trying the samething with Mensah...try to hold him to the JV agreement by force at this point.

in any event, i expect this to get real nasty soon...Rufus just doesn't have what it takes to be a ceo...burns too many bridges and i suspect some of these folks are not going to stand for it. If you are in this stock, you better go out a buy a bottle of motion sickness pills i think.
