Noway they are going to have financials done when their own Accountant had to file a claim against them to get paid. Then they were paid with shares to be dumped immediately.

okay, here's the deal. filings will be out in a little over a week, and huge news will come thereafter. stock will move up 10's of multiples from this level. etbi accumulation is in order. ceo is working very hard to get filings completed and lots of deals are in the works which will be announced after filings are released.
