They have entered even more toxic deathspiral convertible note financing since then.

They may already be at close to 5 billion shares out.

No wonder they are afraid to issue delinquent financials....they would have to get a firm to certify the audit for both 2015 and 2016. Pretty risky when the company's primary business is dilution.
