and talking about getting rid of debt does not mean they will absolutely be able to do it.
As I said wait until there is an actual filing that says it is GONE.

I believe it was Mariel that said they gave up those shares because the funders could not convert because the stop sign was still on so the traded in some of their shares to satisfy them.
