Mr Harris DID NOT state that he still had full possession and unrestricted rights to the financing from Canady.

He said "it would be" a violation of securities laws to deny him access to those funds.

That is very different. "Would be a violation" is not the same as "I have the bonds"




Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
