Does this mean that CSHD still has full access to the $1.3 billion in secured financing from Mr. Canady's group? If Mr. Canady decided to deny CSHD access to the bonds for failure to obtain payment from your company, I don't believe the cease and desist would even be necessary. It's not a legal matter - it's merely a business decision on his part, as it relates to fullfillment of the terms of any contracts the two of you signed.
