Can you please address the issues in a more businesslike way?

I am wondering why you didn't confirm or deny the critical issue of the Canady Cease and Desist letter in this afternoon's PR. Are the bonds currently in CSHD's possesion?

I think that is an honest question. It is on the minds of hundreds of shareholders, because that funding is critical to your previously stated business plan, and your reset price target.
