I am certain jail time never entered into his mind. It would not be appropriate for me to speculate as to the actual reason he quit. I can see so many reasons.. that any one or an accumulation of them all could be responsible.

What is most troubling is that Rufus has just disclosed that he has just set a merger date and that is not in the past, it is in the future. Hence all his representations of "soon" relating to the combined 10K signaling the final step in the merger were a total fabrication. Still, why am I not seeing anyone calling Rufus to respond to those lies?

This suggests that the accounting of the merged corps will not start until September 13th. Keep in mind that the SEC allows 90 days for audited financial statements under normal circumstances. At this point, if there is an audited set of financials on this merged company with subsidiaries, you better hope all the books are in order because mid December could be a best case scenario... In the interim, will Rufus get a regular 10K filed on FHAL/CSHD done by the end of September? That looks out of the question but if not, then by mid November we could be looking at Conversion Solutions making its way back to the pink sheets...
