EPIX. They're up to 3.6 gram doses and still climbing.

Well, that current data I linked to is for up to 2.4 grams. Sounds like current cohort will go up to 3.6 grams. Will that higher dose see more Grade 3 or higher AEs? Obviously would seem to be an unmet need here so presumably some room for safety error if the drug works.

I guess the flip side is, is it a bit concerning that they HAVE to be ramping up to such a high dose just to start to get to the point of seeing a possible effect? And how meaningful is a 4% to 29% PSA decline? Presumably there will be a larger decline as ramp up to higher dose and presumably with longer treatment (?), but what is the meaningful number they need to hit here?

If they would bite the bullet and do a big share offering, I'd probably be more interested. Or even partner to provide a bit more validation (obviously would likely have to pay up to get in if waited for this to happen).
