Frankly, RS won't matter if a deal is inevitable. What matters is that a deal don't come and we're screwed for further dilution after RS.

Judging from how often this company dilute and that they didn't get enough from the last offering, no deal by annual meeting screams SELL. If a merger was offered and being voted on, the share holders will know, news will leak.
